Thanksgiving '10
A great time with too much food and family! We missed grandma Shepard this year who is still in the hospital...Hopefully we will have her back for Christmas. We also had my Aunt and Uncle come from New Orleans and they brought all the Mardi-Gras beads. The little girls were in heaven.

Carters early bday
So we combined 3 bdays today since December is so busy. Carter 8, Max 5, Courtney 17! (what How can she be 17!!??) Lets just say we had more than enough cake! I am thrilled Carter is into How to Train Your Dragon as he has been really hard to buy for this past year or two because he didn't really like anything. So we made him a Dragon cupcake-cake. He got a lot of the Dragon toys and couldn't of been more thrilled :)

Halloween 2010
We went to a ward party and the kids dressed up and played lots of games and ate lots of candy. It was a fun way to spend my birthday! Then Billy took me to Cheesecake Factory for my bday and we had a bunch of friends decide to come along and we had the best time. I was really lucky they all decided to come because Billy ended up sick and went and slept in the car while we ate...Cody was at a scout campout so he missed the ward party. Then they went tricker treating the next night (Savannah insisted she needed a different costume) Cody said he would rather stay home and play the Wii...so he did. But I am sad he missed out on such a great wkend!

My little Pumpkins
I can't believe how much they are growing up! It makes me soo sad. I always have them take pictures with the pumpkins and looking back at the others my babies are not babies anymore :( But they still love a good pumpkin and we got some good ones despite the torrential down poor. We are carving them for FHE tonight!

Savannahs 4th bday
So this was totally one of those moments where I was living vicariously through Savannah. When I was her age I loved Strawberry Shortcake and having an October birthday too, I always had a costume party. It was so fun to decorate and have a house full of girls. We painted nails and faces. We ate pizza and cupcakes and did a pinata. I even forgot I had bought the hair paint we were so busy having fun we ran out of time! I can't believe we have had her as a part of our family for 4 years now. She blesses us everyday and we all just adore her!
